Drill Plus recently supported a multi-zone CCS project in Colorado, providing coring and wellsite processing services across a range of formation conditions.

The project included both fractured intervals and more competent, solid formations. These conditions required careful planning, dependable equipment, and disciplined wellsite execution to help protect the quality and continuity of the recovered core.

Our team supported the operation from core recovery through wellsite processing, with a focus on maintaining sample integrity from the moment the core reached surface. Proper handling, organization, marking, and preservation procedures were key parts of the operation.

For CCS projects, high-quality core recovery and wellsite handling play an important role in helping operators better understand subsurface conditions, formation characteristics, and storage potential.
